โI wonder why the hotel does not have any responsibility that a customer's bag was stolen at the hotel lobby in Italy? No security, No CCTV at the lobby of the hotel. No reimbursement!
We three stayed for 6 nights. The last morning one of our colleague's bag was stolen at the hotel lobby. Two men were standing for exchanging 50 euro note to small notes. Then, back to the sofa 5M away from a front desk, there was not the bag.

โLovely property in walking distance of the centre. The property is in excellent condition and the gentle on reception was very friendly and helpful.
