Lovely hotel a 5-minute walk from the train station, subway stations and a grocery store. Our room was modern, comfortable and clean. The staff was wonderful and helpful. We took the subway (people along the way always helped us as needed) to the Duomo and back. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here just one night and I needed a place close to the train station. It was very close to the train station and there’s a laundry facility nearby that I really appreciated it. The hotel staff was excellent. The room was clean. It was on the smaller side, but this is Europe. It’s to be expected and it had everything that I needed. The price was right. The area was right can’t complain

Great location for the station and for traveling. Excellent staff. The facility for breakfast and a bar staffed by an excellent barman. Tea and coffee provision and free water. Too difficult to say anything negative about the hotel, its facilities or its staff.

Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel. The only slightly negative thing to point out is the rooms are dated/old and you can hear your neighbors’ conversations, when they use the bathroom, etc. But everything in the room worked fine and that is all I cared about. The staff were great, and the breakfast was wonderful (a great start to my day). The best part is the location. It is only a couple of blocks from Centrale station, and I knew I would be coming into Milan that way as well as taking a tour out of there – so it was very convenient. Plus, there was a Metro stop (which I used a lot) right on the corner. There were also plenty of restaurants within walking distance including a Michelin-rated dim sum place that ended up being one of my favorite meals. I highly recommend this hotel.
