"La struttura è eccezionale, le camere moderne e pulite. Lo staff è davvero molto gentile. Non posso dare 5 stelle, perchè ho avuto problemi di acqua fredda ed essendo una cantina di vini mi sarei quantomeno aspettato un omaggio di scuse, vista la doccia gelida al mattino ;)"

Poor and unsatisfactory -Utilities in disrepair Bathroom has a curtain enclosure, which was not shown on the website . shower head drips water continuously and splatters on feet when using the toilet , slow drainage of shower and face sink . - when I reported it , staff comment was it’s an old hotel -no offer to change room .. room rules - no eating in the room . Poor lighting in bathroom. Double bed joined together but kept separating...
