We were a family of four and picked the superior chalet. It was roomy, with two bathrooms, and super clean and comfy. Being close to Rome’s center, we spent a day exploring, and the kids loved the pool afterward. The restaurant on-site was great and had tasty food and drinks with pleasant hosts and waiters. I’d definitely recommend it. The site had a laundry room with washers and dryers for 6 euro and a little store with necessities, snacks and drinks for purchase.

If you are towards the back campsite it is a decent amount of walking especially since you have to go up a couple flight of stairs in order to go up. Staff was pretty nice in the front check in but the ones working the kitchen were a little rude, with that being said we did not like the onsite restaurant, overpriced and bland (dinner). Location was not in the city but not bad since the bus stop was right outside, not to mention pretty easy to navigate. Bathroom shower and sink is open to the entire room which I didn’t really mind personally. Room was clean provided extra towels and sheets. We were also able to leave our luggage after checkout. Overall would stay again for the price! Although I will say it’s not close to the good bars and nightlife.

Check-in was smooth even though we arrived around 3 AM. The staff member at reception was very polite and welcoming. I’d also like to mention the security staff (I didn’t catch his name) who was extremely friendly—he kindly picked us up from reception and dropped us right at our room door 786,which was much appreciated. Overall, it was a very good stay.

We stayed for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were excellent. We arrived around 1 AM, and although I don’t remember the name of the person who checked us in, he was very polite and welcoming. I would also like to specially thank the security staff member, Mohammad Sharif, who kindly escorted us from reception to our room. He was very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great stay. If we visit Italy again, we would definitely choose to stay at this hotel.

Check in was a long wait in the sun. You take a ticket and wait, and wait. That really needs to be more efficient, especially since all information was already entered on the web portal. We are a family of 5 with young kids and we do a lot of RV camping at home so we felt hu Roma would be great, but it was lack luster. The pictures online of the cabins are of the new cabins, so we were disappointed in the old cabin we were placed in. There were ants crawling inside on the walls and even on the bathroom even toilet. And spiders hanging from the ceiling. The restaurant and market are great amenities but the restaurant is a little overpriced. But it's convenient after a long day of site seeing. A taxi to the Vatican Museum runs about $21 Euros in the morning. More in the afternoon to get back due to traffic.

The good: - I like that the property felt like a small town and not a hotel where you got to know your neighbors and socialize with them, it also has a small market on property and a supermarket across the street. Has a pool which was nice, and has a super convenient Bus stop with multiple bus routes in front of the property. The Bad: - The restaurant on property definitely lacks menu / staff need work. The “ Bar “ has very limited options. - I get its a camp ground but if youre going to place a small fridge why not also a microwave and a small tv while you’re at it? you lost the “ camping vibe “ when you placed the fridge. - the beds there were just 2 twin bed put together that would always pull apart very annoying. - If you go during cold season be aware the “heat” cant keep up as the “ tent “ is not well insulated so you might get cold. - if youre near the property entrance you hear all the highway traffic and ambulances.
