"Location was fantastic, nice and clean. We had the deluxe room and it was huge. Towels, Fridge, TV, kettle, mugs and wine glasses all in the room. I love the fact that everything was no further than 15-20 minutes walk. Would definitly recommend to anyone staying in Venice My only critisism was that the bed sheets were really thin and when we asked for more we were told they didnt have any. "

"Very clean, beautifull, FORTUNY room is as it seems in the photos, had good heating, the canal view is not that great but decent for the price, the host let us leave our luggage after checkout, the only down sides is that the city tax must be on cash and that the windows can’t be open all the way to take good photos of the canal. Overall a very nice experience."

When I complained they stated they couldn’t change me until the next day, someone was already in the room I paid for. The following day I still didn’t get what I paid for- two single beds. Even though they stated I would hear from the manager and get a refund. I have not! Besides them taking my extra money and giving me subpar rooms, there...
