"Great location 2-3 mins from Rialto Bridge and 20 mins max walk (if you don’t get lost in Venice street) to St Marks Square. Mistakenly booked shared bathroom, but this did not cause us any timing issues with other rooms. Modern shower and bathroom accessories, plenty hot water and had shared kitchen area. Breakfast in morning good with fruit, yoghurt, bread cheese and juice, coffee. 3 flights of steps to top floor but it is a large stairway area. Staff pleasant and room bathroom cleaned...

"It's a fantastic location for a stop over, whether you're arriving or departing Venice Marco Polo Airport. There are a couple of restaurants nearby and some local services too. The bus stop in either direction is very close. The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We would definitely book again."

"Fantastic hotel. Man on the front desk was extremely helpful. Organised us a taxi and a meet and greet to Morano Island. Fully stocked mini bar and coffee machine stocked daily. Perfect location. Only thing missing was a floor length mirror (only had 1 in bathroom above sink) "

"We absolutely loved our stay. The area is very quiet and in a central location. The rooms were clean and the perfect size for our stay. The virtual check in was very simple, we arrived at 10:30pm and had no problem getting checked in, and checking out virtually was also very simple. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"This is a decent option if you’re on a budget and want to visit Venice. It is a 6 minute walk to the train station, and then a 10-15 train to Venice. Overall it takes about 30 minutes to get from the hotel to the station in Venice. The area around the building is pretty sketchy. There are a couple nice restaurants about 5-10 minutes walk but getting to and from is a bit stressful with the types of people around. Fine for groups but just beware if you’re solo. The key card didn’t really work to...

"Very smart modern loft apartment with a view of the canal, only a few minutes walk from the boat stops with connections around the city. Well equipped for self-catering and plenty of room to divide a working area from the sleeping space if like me you were travelling for work."

Because I’m planning my wedding, I’ve had a lot of expenses on my card that month, I wish they would have warned me that they would charge the card despite the clear instructions not to. Had to make sure the refunded the transaction once I checked in at the hotel…"

A large supermarket and McDonalds nearby with around 8 minutes walk, very convenient when we wanted to cook dinner ourselves using the mini kitchen. Also near to Mestre train station with around 10 minutes walk, surrounded by many different hotels and you can feel that the road is safe "
