The staff were great and very nice and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is clean and in a great location. A little tricky to find but not a big deal! Overall a great hotel. We had some issues with our sink - the pipe kept coming undone and water would pour out and into the bathroom. Other than that, all good.

Such an amazing spot with very unique and quirky rooms! We had the loft with private balcony which was fabulous! Probably not great for taller folks we are 5ft 6 inches and it was just right. Lovely views, confortable bed, friendly helpful staff and so close to Rialto Bridge and the square.
