We had an awesome time at this hotel! The location was perfect for sightseeing and walking to major attractions, the service was great and we had every amenity we needed. The bonus was the super cute patio for driving wine at night and coffee in the mornings. Would stay again, highly recommend.

This place was easy to find and is in an area that is not too crazy busy in Venice. It’s a 10 min walk from the Venezia St. Lucia train station. The room was clean and well kept. They provided house slippers and some toiletries which was nice. The water pressure was on point and the pillows were heaven! Would definitely come back here.

The room was large and was beautifully decorated. AC was also very strong which is a plus to beat the summer heat. Location was also very convenient, short walk from the vaporetto. Close to good restaurants while not being overcrowded.

This was a great fine. Tucked away kind of a busy alley, but very accessible and close to the train station. Also so close to the boat to the airport. Such a beautiful girl name inside loved the balcony.

Location is amazing. Close to the train station and great restaurants and bars. There is a market downstairs where we bought fruits and waters when needed. Staff was friendly and easy check in and check out. Room was clean and had a view of the street which we enjoyed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful atmosphere, prime location, and highly accommodating staff! While I expected a cramped room, I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and immaculately clean the accommodations were. It truly offers great value for money. The property is ideally situated just a 10-to-15-minute walk from Santa Lucia Railway Station and 5 minutes from the Guglie waterbus stop, with two supermarkets just steps away. A big shout-out to the incredible staff! While the room lacked a microwave, the helpful staff went out of their way to warm up milk for us whenever we needed it. Highly Recommended!!

Very friendly and informative staff! Room was clean and comfortable! The only thing was our keycard would not work for the outside side door so we had to keep buzzing and then explain what room we were in and why we couldn’t get in. Keycard aside definitely recommend!
