Love this property!

The location is wonderful, the property is in splendid condition and the decor is beautiful. Barbara at reception is so welcoming and helpful. We are thrilled to be staying here.

The location and amenities are great but the best thing was the service. Both of the staff members we met were very friendly and went above and beyond for us. Would definitely stay again. The only slight negative is that the noise from other guests can be heard (thin walls or loud guests, I'm not sure which!) Venice is a wonderful city and this hotel is a hidden gem to explore from.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Nice that this property has an elevator/lift as many in venuce do not. Great location to start your daily adventures. Excellent high end name brand stores just a few minutes away. Coffee and biscuits in room were a nice touch. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

Room had windows that opened to a small terrace overlooking canal . Seperate room for third guest with doors was a big plus Staff was very helpful for Check in . Arranging water taxis and advice Bed and linens perfecto
