This hotel is staffed by very talented personnel. Upon arrival after 24 hours on airplanes, they answered all of my jet lag questions. They also asked if I needed transport to the cruise ship port for the next day. The food in the restaurant is first class and is typical of Mediterranean diets, being low calories, and freshly caught fish, perfectly cooked. This was a very pleasant stay for me.

This is the oldest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. For a 4 star hotel, I expect the rooms to look like the renovated pictures but most of the rooms are very outdated and mold stains everywhere. Location was good though.

Excellent place to stay if you are visiting Venice. Just across the street from train station. Very clean and comfortable. Our room was upgraded free of charge. Very important that parking is available way chipper than in Venice

We only stayed one night prior to flying home. The hotel was in a great location for getting the train into Venice, and the bus to the airport. The staff were enormously helpful, and even anticipated our needs. we would definitely stay there again.

The location is perfect, right across the street from Mestre Station. The room was bigger than I expected and very comfortable. Breakfast was good as well. Staying here instead of in Venice was definitely a great decision.

Very nice hotel on the main road and front of Mestre railway station. Cafe and shops all around the hotel bus stops front of the hotel you can go to Venice and airport. Hotel is great and restaurant in the hotel opens all day you have to pay for lunch and dinner if you eat in the hotel
