Perfect location for the popular sites tucked away on a street short walking distance from the Rialto bridge and St Marks square. The hotel is decorated in a traditional Venetian style but with a modern touch. The reception staff are available 24 hours and are very friendly. The room was very comfortable with good air conditioning and bathroom facilities. We didn’t choose to have breakfast so can’t comment. Lots of great restaurants on the same street as the hotel and nearby. We would happily stay here again

The property and staff were great! They took care of everything needed promptly and politely. We only had typical Italy issues like no hooks to hang a damp towel after a shower. Also the shower was less than half enclosed with a hand spray shower head, so you have to be careful not to spray water all over the bathroom.

Nice hotel situated a few minutes from Saint Mark Square. Our water taxi was able to drop us steps away. Wild hotels in the middle of Venice it was nice and quiet. We were in the annex building, which is just off the main building no elevators so I got a lot of steps in, but not terrible. The highlight hear from me was the staff. They went out of their way to get reservations for us help us with train tickets and other things. I’m actually gonna stay here another night on my way out of Venice.

Location was great. The apartment was spacious but could have used some sprucing up in the living room - an end table, pictures on the wall. Just felt bare but not a major deal. There was construction going on outside our annex and they started early in the morning. By early I mean 6 or 6:30 am.

This hotel is in the heart of activities in Venice, just a few steps from St. Mark’s square. Very convenient, with lots of shopping and dining options. The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel is a very clean and well maintained. Breakfast and afternoon tea was excellent. The accommodation is definitely 5 star! Will absolutely stay here again.

We stayed in a standard double room, it was nice but a bit cozy. The location of the hotel is probably one of it's chief benefits, although beware that it is very close to some church bells. When they ring you will feel it.
