If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Hotel de Alboro is a gem. I cried when I left because it felt like leaving family. I’m not sure why it’s only 3 stars; it’s perfect in every way. My husband already says this is where we’ll stay when we go back.

"We had a 3 night break in Venice, and after looking at many hotels we settled on Charming House. We definitely made the right choice! Before we even arrived, Alice was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed arranged, even double checking a couple of days before to make sure our airport transfer was confirmed in case they needed to help us arrange one.
We arrived a little before check in, and we were immediately shown to our room - again by Alice. She was absolutely wonderful...
