"I left my purse inside the room for around 3 hours to join a tour orientation. When we came back, our keys no longer worked. Then we discovered all the money inside my purse and wallet were missing. It is a nice hotel overlooking the canal, is located conveniently near the train and water bus station. It is a shame that someone gained access to our room and ruined our vacation."
"We would stay there again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bathroom updated. Enough outlets, bring converters. Do not eat at the Rialto restaurant! The breakfast provided by hotel was very good! Staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is pleasant."
"Lovely hotel in quiet but convenient location with shuttle boat directly from hotel dock to Piazza San Marco (every half hour or so) for a very reasonable additional fee. You’ll also find many excellent restaurants within a short walk on Giudecca.
Hotel breakfast is excellent, dinner not so much, especially in the Rialto, which is not of the same caliber as surrounding options. (Don’t bother with the meal plan beyond breakfast. You will regret it!). The staff is wonderful, efficient and always helpful, which made for a very pleasant stay.
There is also public transportation between airport and hotel for €18 per person, which is considerably less expensive but much longer, than private transportation. (An hour and a half with no restrooms on board… definitely something to think about.)
All in all I can recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again."
"Clea room, cozy ambience, swimming pool, pet friendly, food are great, market is affordable and the convenient service bus to Venice. Superb place! I love this camping site. I will stay here again."
"Location and staff were amazing! 10 min walk go basically everything. It was great being central. However the hotel room (I got a double economy) was TINY. Bathroom was also tiny and awkwardly laid out, shower was a bit finicky too."
"This is a terrible place to stay if you're coming for vacation, the staff does not care. They are careless and aloof.
They almost made us miss our flight because they messed up the shuttle for the airport and no apologies. No credit nothing charged us on top of that extra to get to the airport. They're supposed to pick us up from the airport. Never did they will not answer the phone there is no room service. They lie about room service and the front desk is unattended often and good luck having someone answer the phone. The worst service we've had in any of our international states this was the worst. The biggest problem was the staff they are terrible And careless"
"Best shower! Most European hotels even high end ones have a very small shower and not the best water pressure. I was so happy that this place has a nice size bathroom as well as a shower!
Room was nice too - clean and big enough by Europe standards."
