Great location. Good rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast was alright, but we also had breakfast outside the hotel that wasn't much better, so it is at least convenient. Would stay here again.

Amazing staff and location, a minute from the Rialto Bridge. The air conditioning is real, we struggled in Europe finding holes that actually had real ac, this was a relief after hot days outside. The bar upstairs was a nice touch post dinner. The staff were very helpful and made it a nice stay for our family. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Everything and everyone was wonderful from the moment we walked in. PERFECT location!!! There was always someone up front to greet us, someone always answered the phone right away when we needed help and they helped with questions about laundry services, water taxis and restaurants. Really a great experience. ROOFTOP bar was excellent too.

Excellent hotel well located between Rialto and St Marks. Service from initial reception and during our stay was excellent with room well prepared and spotlessly clean. The morning breakfast was also excellent and we enjoyed making use of the rooftop bar. Look forward to returning again in the future

Breakfast was ok. Room as quite small. Power went off in the night, did not come back for almost 3 hours. No generator. Location is fantastic. Overall not worth the £350/ night. But that might be the going rate for Venice.

Perfect stay and location for our 24 hours in Venice! I was traveling with my 18 and 20 year old daughters. It was a 2 minute walk from water stop! We loved how central we were to everything!
