"Got the triple room - very nice includes a real queen size bed and a day bed. The day bed is firm but the queen bed has a nice mattress. Bathroom was nice and big. It was in a great location 8 min walk to the san Marco square - and Great launching point for activities. Breakfast was killer - really enjoyed it!"

"We had one of the smallest rooms. It was adequate for our 2 night stay but the bathroom was especially small. Breakfast was a bit chaotic; tables were very close together and at times the staff seemed harried as they tried to get everyone's coffee orders. The afternoon-evening concierge was lovely and helpful but one of the morning concierges was unfriendly."

"The room was fine. It’s in a great location, but there is mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. And the beds were not very comfortable. Besides that, it was just what we needed since we were there 1 night. I would recommend to bring your own pillow or stack some clothes in the pillow case, as the pillows are pretty flat. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for something in a good location and plan on going out most of the day. "

"The room was spotless, the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Received an excellent restaurant recommendation that was near the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and lots of options available. We were able to store our luggage after checking out on the final day. Couldn’t have picked to better hotel. We’ll definitely be back and we will be recommending it to friends and family."
