Location was excellent. Nice walk to San Marco. Great access to Vaporetto #1. And just enough off the beaten path that the square outside the hotel didn’t feel crowded even when many other areas in Venice were very busy.

Nice room for reasonably priced hotel close to San Marco and Ferries. Front desk staff were not very engaging. Had a half day planned power outage during our stay which was unfortunate but rare. Breakfast and breakfast staff were great.

Great location, using the boats get off at St Maria d Giglio, and you avoid all bridges and only one small step into the lobby. Remember, you are in Venice where space is a premium, some rooms smaller then others, #312 is a good example!

Room was clean and hotel lobby was very nice. Staff were fantastic. Our room was large and bathroom also. Very nice spot! Great location - a bit off the buys oath but close to everything we wanted to see. Recommend for couples. They don’t allow children here which suited us fine.

We were completely satisfied with the hotel. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We were one flight up and there are no elevators, so they brought all our luggage up and down. They even took it for us to the water taxi when we left. We definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

This hotel is ideally situated in the city to easily see everything within walking distance. The staff were great at the hotel, and the attached bar was a great additional piece along with their breakfast. Would highly recommend this location for couples traveling to Venice.

The room was excellent and very clean; it was cleaned every day. Everyone was very helpful and assisted us with any questions we had. Check-out was at 11:00 AM, but they were very kind and let us leave our luggage at the hotel until it was time to head to the airport.
