We booked this hotel for two nights. Our host Marco was really nice and gave us a beautiful room with a view. He was also very attentive and offered us an afternoon ride throughout the canals. We are so happy we booked this hotel. The bathroom was new and spotless. Overall 10 if you ask me!

Perfect for exploring Venice.

A delightful place right in the heart of Venice just a stones throw from the Rialto Bridge. Extremely convenient for everything. Well appointed and very clean. We had the top room with the down side of having a private separate bathroom down a flight of stairs. However, the pay off was that you got a small rooftop terrace to enjoy.

Perfect location and lovely apartment and staff

Nice clean room. Very central location. More like and air b&b with a code to enter and no reception. We didn’t expect the bathroom to be shared between two guest rooms and across the hallway, although it seemed we were the only ones using it the days that we were there. Nice owner / host who message and invited us on a boat trip with 8 guests today for €40 per person which was worth it.

Fue una gran opción en Venecia! El departamento donde nos quedamos estaba amplio, con dos habitaciones, dos baños, sala, comedor, cocina, con las amenidades necesarias. Las fotos de la página no le hacen justicia a lo bonito que está por dentro, nos gusto mucho y súper céntrico. Además nos dejaron hacer check in antes y dejar maletas después. Sin duda nos volveríamos a hospedar aquí !!!

We arrived at night. We were unable to locate the property and were hung up on several times. Once we found the place (from someone else) we had to ring the buzzer several times to get help. Good location though. Would absolutely not recommend unless you are familiar with the area.
