We were upgraded to a larger room, which was very nice and comfortable. All the amenities were in good order, and the staff was great, particularly with restaurant recommendations. We'd happily come back!

The Hotel Casa W is a small, sweet hotel with lovely staff that is located in a quiet neighborhood. It's easy to travel from there to Venice's many cultural destinations, and it's a relief to return to in the evening. The hotel breakfast was excellent and the rooms were spacious and well-stocked.

Loved the hotel!

This is an excellent option when wanting to be located in the heart of walkable Verona. The location is unbeatable. Rooms are very nice although we could not figure out how to turn on the heat or the AC. The pillows and mattresses are standard Italian fare meaning barely comfortable but not back breaking. Breakfast buffet is a must with excellent options and lovely way to start your day. There are cafes and even a large Starbucks nearby but this is convenient and good. It would be nice to have...

Everything!! The staff was absolutely excellent. The breakfast was amazing and the location was perfect. Also the spa was too notch!

First Class treatment.

The photos do not do this property justice. The rooms look old in the photos and that could not be further from reality. The rooms are freshly renovated and the motif makes them appear in photos to have faded paint and furnishings, this is due to the color aesthetic not coming through in the pictures.

It was very easy to get to the property by waterbus taxi. The waterbus taxi stand is just several feet away. The room and bathroom was beautiful and spacious; with a canal view!! The staff was very nice and professional!

We read all the reviews and were so surprised at how much better than any of the reviews this hotel is. It is clean, located in a great spot, the service was amazing and our favorite breakfast of all time was at this hotel. It is very close to the airport and even closer to the cruiseport. Has a dock. Convenient to come into from the Airport or Train Station. Hands down a great choice ! Take the speed boat taxi in or you will be lugging your suitcases thru the streets.

This is a luxury, modern hotel at moderate prices. The location is perfect. There is a rooftop bar that is amazing. The staff was very professional. Highly recommended

Beautiful older hotel perfect fit for Venice. Very clean and timeless hotel. Excellent service. Excellent breakfast. Right in the shopping area of Venice and close walk to St.Marks Square. Great place, super clean and amazing staff!

Grazie Mille Hotel Orologio! Super friendly and helpful staff. We arrived very early and they held our bags while we went sightseeing. The breakfast buffet has ample options in addition to having fresh juices and delicious cappuccino. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The staff was helpful and friendly. Only thing to keep in mind- it’s right on a canal which is great for travel but boats are going early in the morning and can be a bit loud. Didn’t diminish my stay though!

Everything was amazing, we only stayed there for one night but it was totally worth it. Best hotel I have stayed at in quite some time. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The homemade bread was excellent. The room was bigger than expected and the beds were comfortable. We stayed here to get away from the crowds at Venice and could not have picked a more relaxing area. The river runs right next to it. The town has a train station with a direct route to Venice. We drove our car to the station (plenty of free parking) and took the train in to Venice each day. I would highly recommend...

Hotel was excellent, great service from staff. Easy to get to from water taxi and to depart as well. Breakfast was awesome w great selection. Rooms clean and as advertised! Great stay!!!!
