โThis property was absolutely gorgeous! Everything about it was terrific. Especially the people! The staff is great and friendly and the owners are such sweet and lovely people. Very accommodating and even helped me with my transport to the train station upon checkout so it made me feel very taken care of. Anyone will be lucky to stay here for their trip to Venice. Definitely coming back with friends and family! โ
โAmazing staff. Very friendly and professional. Many thanks to Gianluca and Alvise that took great care of us. The area is clean and the apartment was very impeccable and nicely decorated. We did not experience any problems. The views from our apartment were beautiful. I would recommend scheduling a private water taxi to avoid long walks. Great location away from the big rush but yet close enough to the main attractions. โ

โResidenza Ducato is located in the heart of Venice, but located in a very quietย area. We were thankful that we didn't have to tow our luggage too far from the water taxi drop off location. There are tons of dining and shopping options nearby. They provide you with a welcome packet at check-in that lists some great places to eat, drink, and relax. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again!โ
