"Everything was very clean, and the room was lovely with a perfect canal view. The location is excellent—just a one-minute walk from the bus stop, which saved me from a lot of walking. Both the service and breakfast were wonderful. You walk to the next building for breakfast, but it only takes a minute. It is definitely worth staying here."

"Clean, quiet, spacious, great location in a quiet area that is still walking distance from everything in Venice. Cute balcony with a picture perfect view of the canal. Kitchen has everything you'd need to cook a nice dinner and there's a wonderful little grocery right next door. Owners were very responsive & communicative, check in was easy. Ten minute walk from the train/airport shuttle. No complaints at all, it exceeded my expectations."
