It’s a nice property directly accessible from the canal by watercraft and immediately adjacent is a nice quiet campo or small square. Best of both worlds. Behind the property are enough cafes, bars and places to eat. Great location.

Good location. Really helpful and attentive staff. The included trip to Murano and the lass demonstration was really good. The breakfast was a great selection and service was excellent. We would definitely recommend and stay here again. Reception and service staff were brilliant. The only reason I rated cleanliness slightly lower was because we found a few tablets/pills across the floor in our room that didnt belong to either of us.

Hotel front desk, kitchen staffs are wonderful, we had great 3 night stay. Front desk lady manager who checked us in (I think she is a manager, she told me her name but I couldn't remember now) is very pleasant & helpful, whatever we need or raised concern like we were worried about falling in the bathtub since the tub is a little high for my height, she provided the bathmat right away, which is a peace of mind. Breakfast lady (Barb) greets us every morning with her big, beautiful smile. She remembered our names too. Amazing! Everything is great to start our vacation.

Lovely hotel. Close proximity to the train station. I was not aware that we would be staying in the Annex, which is separate from the hotel so feels a bit disconnected. The staff was very helpful in carrying our bags up the stairs. Overall my stay here was enjoyable.
