Staff were very professional. They explained everything and provided written instructions. The room had a view of Mt Tsukuba and was very clean. Laundry facilities also available for guest use with a small fee which was very convenient.

Great location. Great customer service. Wish the room would be more updated (furniture, beddings, floors, etc). Towels were a bit dingy and could use an update too.
