"Overall experience is okay but not at par as name Welcome by ITC... Hairdryer is not working...We are 4 guests including my 2 kids already mentioned but I had to ask for extra blanket at 11 pm. So it's 3 star out of 5 from my side."

The rooms were smaller than expected and a little outdated. But we continued to enjoy the property. Love the fact that they do not accept tips. This made the experience even more authentic and genuine."

"Overall wonderful hotel in a great location. Staff are super helpful generally. However breakfast is although a huge spread, the quality of the food is iffy. At times the scrambled eggs were dry and chewy, the dosa colorless and limp, the chutney was mainly water. A surprising thing for this property since it’s otherwise stellar. And in a city like Bengaluru, it’s a shame to have a poor meal in a classy hotel when a smaller establishment offers hygienic, cheap and delicious fare. "
