"The neighborhood was very sketchy. My room was very dirty. Spotted over 10 cockroaches when I turned on the lights, the ac didn’t work and they didn’t have fans available. The carpet had stuff all over it and the restroom (toilet/tub) was an entire puddle of water. I would 10/10 NOT RECOMMEND! My daughter and I wouldn’t even sleep under the covers. We were dropped off so we could Uber (which was prepaid) to the airport or we would have found another place to stay. "

"I got caught in a TSA agent shortage and had to stay in Houston an extra day. My luggage made it on the plane but I didn't, so it was very helpful this hotel has the body wash, shampoo, hand soap, conditioner all mounted on the wall in the bathroom, real life saver. My stay was cool, the room was clean, the cable worked no problem, it's as close to the airport as possible and there's a lot of food choices nearby. The staff were gracious and polite. Only down side was my room was by the elevator. Wayyy to noisy for a good night's sleep but since I was in dire straights, it all worked out. Not my first choice for a hotel brand but always reliable in my experience. "

"Omg....this place is for drug deals and sex. The room doesn't even have a lamp or trash can in it. Its a mattress (no headboard), desk and fridge. No toilet paper holder in the bathroom. ONE towel. The toilet seat had lots of pee on it and was disgusting. I seriously watched a drug deal happen. There's noise all night long from other customers being outside. Worst place I've ever stayed at and I've stayed at some iffy places. "

"It was fine. It was cold the day we were there so had to stay in hotel all day. Restaurants were just average. No real complaints though. "
