"Perfect place to break up our drive to Galveston for a cruise the next day. We arrived late and the front desk staff was very welcoming, sharing water and amenities. Breakfast the next day was great and room was just what we needed. "

"The property was all out of order this weekend. I asked for a King Suite, when I arrived the lady told me none was available, but that’s not what I BOOKED. That’s the first red flag, then she had us on the third floor where everything was smelly. My room, 316 had roaches and the toilet was leaking all night. I reported it, showed photos, etc. The lady at the front desk took all the information as well as the photos. This was 6am. She still didn’t move us rooms until 1pm after several were already cleaned. She moved us to 421 after several hours of waiting and not being able to use the water. We complained and still nothing was right. We did not stay with a pet but it was dog food left on the floor or the new room as well as the water leakage. "

"This was the worst hotel experience. The hotel manager double booked my room, stated i checked out when i co.plained about my belongings missing when i had left. Then blamed expidea saying they canceled my stay when my app stated it was still in progress. Wouldnr give me a room or refund. Rude front desk after i showed all receipts and itenetary numbers. Worst place ever tried to stay athprrible experience. "

"Was there for 2 nights. Only downfall I have is I told the guy at the front desk I would be back later in the evening, and when I got back my key did not work even though I had a 2 night stay. The guy working the desk in the evening fixed it quickly. Very clean room and it was very quiet and I enjoyed my stay there."
