"Every single staff member was welcoming, friendly and provided excellent service, Julian, Gabriel, Maria, Arnault, Luna, Nicolas, Francois mgr, valet, concierge, restaurant etc - nice quiet town, aside from being unable to swim in ocean first few days; the staff & facility (pool helped) more than made up for the inability to swim in ocean which had unfortunate overflow from stadium toilet. Evening receptionist great. Took extra steps unprompted to get my bottle of wine chilled, then drew map of local wine shops to explore.
City shut down street for a few weeks which caused our driver additional half hour in traffic. Hotel should post a notice on web or email guests scheduled to arrive to clarify back door dropoff address."

Luca at the concierge was truly hospitable. He gave great recommendations and was always willing to help. Genuinely friendl and sincere. More concierges should give service like him. Lea at the reception was also quite friendly and welcoming. We appreciated her.

"Pro def book a room w the port view, it’s amazing waking up and falling asleep to the lights of the port and seeing the ships. You will not regret this hotel, the breakfast is delicious and the staff is wonderful. Hotel is safe and clean."

"At 4 pm conçierg told us we couldn’t go to the rooftop without a reservation, but could take a Quick Look. When we went up we were greeted and told we could sit at high tables or the bar which we did, had a cheese/charcuterie & drinks, very enjoyable. At check in, why not talk about the rooftop?"
