The hotel was a very good surprise. We had an apartment and a double room, both of which were very clean and spacious. We also tried the breakfast which was excellent and full of choices. Just one small observation for the staff: a few more smiles make the clients feel better ;)

Beautiful spaces, smart design and decoration, very handy water and tea station, very convenient location, 10 min on foot from the main bus & train station, also from the old port. Convenient stores and restaurants that stay open till late and serve all day long as well. Well behaved staff, very efficient, speaking english very well!

Great location, spacous clean rooms, very helpful staff. Only negative is the room AC is difficult to work to liking. No English speaking chanels on the TV in room. Lots of Apps on the Smart TV but the internet signal not strong to run the programs like Netflix, Prime etc.

Great Stop, Fab AC, Spacious Rooms!

I was so grateful to the staff for letting us check in so late due to a wildfire and the airport delaying our flight. He kept in touch over WhatsApp. The rooms are huge for Europe! We were very comfortable. AC in July was super cold! Great place if you’re just sight seeing for a few days and not in the room too much and in need of a pool etc. thank you Hotel Ligo!

Very clean, not enough staff

Hotel Ligo had a fun, colorful design. The room and lobby were very clean. Blackout blinds covered the windows at night. The bed was comfortable. However, the hotel needed more staff. When we arrived at breakfast, half the tables were covered by other guests' dirty dishes. The plates had run out. One of the coffee machines had no mugs. On the second day, the eggs were cold (not room temperature -- actually cold!). There was a long line at checkout because the front desk had just one worker. I would stay here again, but not at full price.

The hotel limits the air conditioning to 7 degrees cooler than outside. It was 95 degrees outside. My room was 87 degrees. No fans. I could not sleep. It was so hot I nearly passed out. Front desk just said they were very very sorry. Never stay on a hot day.

The room was clean, however when we arrived we did not have enough towels in the room including no hand towels or bath mat. We also did not have any cups in the room. The smart TV doesn't work. The room wasn't cleaned during our stay. Towels were left in the room in the late afternoon, but the dirty cups were not replaced, nor was the rubbish removed during a 2 night stay. However, the main reason I wouldn't recommend this hotel is due to my experience with the staff. They actually went out of their way to be unhelpful. I encountered Lena at the front desk multiple times, each time she did nothing to cooperate or help. I broke my phone on the last day and could not access my boarding pass and was in disbelief as the lack of help from them.

Super sejour en famille, 6 nuits. Personnel super sympa, merci à eux pour leur accueil. Petit déjeuner excellent (produits de qualité et beaucoup de choix). Hotel très bien situé, proche du vieux port, du quartier du panier, de la gare, à pieds; métro très proche aussi. On reviendra et on recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Nous avions réservé un appartement pour 4 avec terrasse mais quelle déception un tout petit balcon, seulement 2 chaises, même pas assez de verres ni de couvert, pas de produit vaisselle…. J’avais demandé un étage élevé je me retrouve au premier!!!! La réceptionniste nous change de chambre, mieux équipé cette fois mais pas de terrasse et aucun geste commercial alors que nous avons payé pour une terrasse.
