"Getting in and out of the rooms using the Goki app was pretty easy, staff at reception were really nice and helpful. The only complaint I have is the kitchen smelled so bad it permeated throughout the entire area outside it. I stayed on the 4th floor so I can’t speak for the other floors, but there were food items still in the fridges left unmoved for days/weeks at a time (I stayed for 2 weeks) and it was clear it probably hasnt been thoroughly cleaned/checked in a while. Back splash walls cupboards toaster all marked and grubby 3/ TV and Air-con remotes not working. 4 /Password we were given for free Wi-Fi did not work. 5/ Dangerous upturned corners on rugs and large stains on carpet. 6 Second bedroom you had to climb over single bed to get to wardrobe.7/On pulling back covers on one of the single beds black hair were on bottom sheet.
