"10/10 You will have a FAB STAY HERE if you decide to choose this place! It is super modern and great location ! Rooms are very crisp & clean ! Lovely space in the lobby with great vibes. Can sit down there & have a drink with a friend or solo, or do some work on your laptop, having such friendly staff there also helps ! They really are so kind and approachable, always happy to help ! You really can’t go wrong, the only thing I’d say to be aware of is if you need housekeeping to do towels/bins , all good but they can miss your room, so just give reception a call by 16;00 if they haven’t done it, they missed mine 2 of the days even though I had the correct sign on the door. The one time I got lucky calling reception and they came to finish it, but the other day they’d already gone home. But everything there in general is just amazing, its exactly like the pictures. A great mix of every age group, solo & group travellers. You can walk everywhere if you need to but there is public transport close by if you prefer ! Can’t recommend this place enough. Will definitely stay here again ! :)"

"Nice, super quiet room facing river was beautiful. Facilities and location is great, staff very helpful and a nice buffet breakfast. The only let down was the terrible rain shower head that had no water pressure "

"Hotel is not set up to be a 4 or 5 star hotel. I am surprised it has the Marriott tag! Staff however were very professional and helpful. Entrance at ground level, small dark and no service desk. Reception is at 7 floor. No proper closet in the room. Not enough furniture to put your stuff on. Our room required 2 more bedside cabinets and a central console. Hard wooden floors in the room which is not friendly for a hotel room. Breakfast was good and value for money. Although the hotel located presumably in th city, it is not close to anything. Cleanliness: found few hairs in the bathroom which is always not a good look. Toilet lid makes significant noise on opening and closing. "

"Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant staff lovely. Room was clean but old and dated. Water pressure in the shower was weak and shower over bath was dangerously slippery. Unable to configure the change of water from shower head to bath tap so as to bathe my grandchildren. No book/manual in room with information or instructions. Check in staff were efficient. Location of hotel was excellent for a 5 minute walk to Alexandra Gardens to participate in the Mother's Day Classic. Overall our stay was good."

"Woolworths right across the street, property is in amazing location. parking is a bit of a headache but plenty of parking lots around. "
