"Little things matter, no coffee, very little sugar, missing kitchen rubbish bin (lid but bin removed) no soap in Master Bedroom or kitchen. So l phone, "we will contact the cleaner" l am told, nothing happens to fix these things. No cleaner no contact.
A bad cleaner, who knows but nothing can excuse the lack of good blinds in the Bedroom. Half of windows had double blinds but room lit up all night. The flimsy cover of single blinds, no curtains, destroyed any small chance of sleep not broken...
