A decent if not spectacular room. Ok value / definitely 4 star no more. Very clean with maid service every day over Xmas and helpful front desk staff. We had a fairly ok park view. Pool and gym were good as was laundry room but the bar was never open - a shame as we stayed in a hotel for some atmosphere and it was fairly busy.

Hotel is located within easy walking distance of a supermarket (for those prefering to self-cater), several transport options and the Queen Victoria Market, though is a bit of a trek to the main CBD attractions and excursion pick-up points if walking.
