"Out of this world quality. With a sincere, warmer than warm welcome, we were shown into our one bedroom villa. Sounds pokey?? Don’t you believe it. Kitchen, two lounge areas, wood burning fire, study, balcony, main bathroom and guest WC. A total of 26 chairs between the two of us. Everything really high quality. The housekeeping team were first class. They even went to the trouble of emptying the washing machine and hanging out/folding our clean clothes. Franschhoek itself is a haven...

"We were met with the most uninterested woman in the reception. Felt like she didn’t care about anything. The room was very small, there was no fan, very tiny windows (felt a bit unsafe) and there was no shower as stated in the booking.
