"Absolutely brilliant hotel! The receptionist was incredibly friendly—one of the most welcoming people I’ve ever met, and his English was flawless. While checkout is a bit early at 10 a.m., he proactively offered a complimentary late checkout, which made all the difference on a long trip. The hotel exceeded all my expectations. "A Recepciós hölgyek kiemelkedően kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak, ellenben a szintén ott lévő kedvetlen férfival ellentétben, aki kifejezetten rossz benyomást és érzést keltett bennünk. A Hotel (amit mi láttunk belőle) igazán szocreál, ami önmagában nem gond, hiszen a víz a legfőbb cél egy balatoni nyaralásnál. Viszont a felújítások, állapot javítások hiánya nem kell, hogy az alapvető takarítások nélkülözését is magával vonják. Nagyon sajnálatos, mert ez szuper hely is lehetne."
