What didn’t- pool out of commission; no shampoo or toilet roll; no toilet flush ( had to fill a container with water; tiny shower with cold water; unhelpful owner who had limited English or patience. But the room, though dark and unwelcoming with torn curtains and broken...

"Easy check-in process, staff very friendly. Location is amazing! Only a few minutes walk to the beach and main tourist area. Room was clean, air con works well to cool down and easily left on during the night. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Nice balcony area good for socialising with other guests. Would definitely recommend this place for a short stay in Langkawi!"

"Comfy bed, friendly staff, hot shower. WiFi is horrible, you need to sit outside to have good signal. The building is staff house for staff of several resorts on the island. No holiday atmosphere. People really live there. Dirty towel of guest before me was in the closet. Staff is friendly but could explain all the buttons in the room (hot water/airco etv) and be a bit more hospitable."
