“발도스타 호텔은 처음 묵어보는데요. 호텔스닷컴에 나와있는 주소로 네비게이션을 찾았을 때는 엉뚱한 도로위가 나와서 처음 당황했었습니다. 다행히 주변에 호텔 이름이 보이는 곳이 바로 보여서 쉽게 들어올 수가 있었습니다. 호텔 침구류는 깨끗합니다. 다만 에어컨 히터 겸용 제품을 OFF으로 스위치를 놓아도 계속 바람이 나왔던 점은 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 방 바꾸기 귀찮아서 그냥 있었습니다. 아침 조식은 이 정도 가격대의 다른 호텔과 비슷하게 일반적인 아침입니다. 체크아웃 시간을 늦춰주는 서비스는 좋았습니다. ”

“I was very happy with the room and the modern decor. The breakfast has many choices. Check In was easy, but the room keys didn’t work and we had to have the front desk recode them 6 different times. The floors outside the elevator were dirty and the elevator was very slow. Staff were really nice with the exception of one daytime member who sat in the back on her phone both days we were there. When I needed her to rekey my room, she tried to blame me For the issue accusing me Of leaving my key...

“I would like to see doggie bags and waste containers outside, so that more people with dogs would use them. I carry my own, but I could tell from the amount of doggie poop around the area, that some people did not.”

“It was comfortable and staff were helpful and friendly. Due to construction in the area, it was inconvenient to access. One bad experience was a band that was practicing in the adjoining room at 9 pm, so we couldn't sleep. After filing complaint with the front desk, she called the room. When that didn't work, after a second complaint, she came up to the room to talk to them in person. The noise then stopped. Overall experience was okay.”

“I've stayed here several times. Each time ive noticed renovations in the works, but even moreso this trip. Brand new shower that replaced a well ised bath tub! All new fixtures too. It was really nice.”

“Was very disappointed to find out the pool was closed upon arrival. Part of the reason for booking was due to pool. I think something should have been posted so we could book elsewhere. We were allowed to swim next door, so in the end it was ok...just not quite the same. Still would stay again, however.”

“There were bed bugs in my room and my son's room went home with bites all over our bodies and motel could have cared less they should have at least offer us a partial refund or something The sad thing is this is my home town”
