"The staff are very helpful and the hotel is located close enough to town to be easily walkable. At the same time its quiet and way from the loud music in town. The room was exceptional and the grounds beautiful. Very pleasing."

"The rooms are clean, though the area is very humid and rooms felt damp. The complimentary breakfast is quite good, typical Colombian food, hot chocolate or coffee. The view from points around the hotel property are spectacular. The hotels outside of Salento appear better than this inn town and the property is only a short drive from town. The staff is very helpful and friendly."

"I think this is a great place to stay when visiting Armenia and the surrounding areas. The location is perfect and can be a home base when traveling to surrounding towns and attractions. It is on a pedestrian-only street so there is no noise from traffic. It can get loud on the street on the weekend so request a room at the back of the hotel. "After having a confirmed and paid for reservation , upon arrival at the hotel the incompetent front desk clerk could not find my booking ! As I began discussing his incompetence in using his phone , computer he got flustered and called the police..!!! After showing the police my confirmed res and paid visa receipt they took my side and nearly arrested the ignorant clerk. "
