"Room was well presented and very clean. The bathroom was the same apart from the sink took forever to drain. My biggest issue was the mattress. It was horrendous. Very uncomfortable, thin and cheap. I had a really bad sleep. The food was good but the service was poor. I was given my food but the waiter didn’t give me any cutlery, I had go looking for some. I’m not sure how they thought I was going to eat my food. "

"Louise was a lovely host, sending us a message before we arrived and welcoming us upon arrival. The property is in a lovely location, just a shame it was cloudy when we were there meaning we couldn’t see the mountains. The room had a private bathroom which was down the hall, but this wasn’t a problem as we had the whole of the upstairs to ourselves. Felt like a kid again running to the bathroom! Lovely breakfast. Would stay again. "

"This was our first visit to Lansdowne House but it certainly won’t be our last.From the moment we stepped through the doors to a warm welcome from Dan to the moment we left,it was a perfect stay.Our room was spotless,the bed was very comfortable and the refreshment tray was substantial.Breakfast was delicious and cooked to a high standard in a well appointed dining room.There was also a comfortable lounge.The proprietors are very professional and set themselves a high standard which they...

"An overnight stop before catching a ferry the next morning. Lovely pub, which was busy on our arrival at 8pm. Menu good and food was enjoyable but mains arrived instantly as soon as we’d finished our starters, which made our meal feel a bit rushed. Our room was wonderful- all rooms are locally themed- well decorated, comfortable with every sort of tea & coffee you could ever imagine! Peaceful area on beautiful Anglesey."
