"Nothing. They denied me the room I paid for and attempted to put me in another hotel in town without many of the amenities I had booked with them. Refused to give a refund. Refused to put in writing that I was being denied a room. The manager muttered "oh my god" at me when i asked if the place I was being sent had Wifi."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. there was obviously something very wrong in the kitchen as waiting time for food was over two hours. No explanations were given - it would have been much better to inform of the real situation rather than to keep pomisising"
