“The grounds were very clean, the staff was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. The room was spotless, housekeeping was wonderful, polite and very accommodating. We only had a couple issues to mention. The mattress on the pullout couch was as thin as a cracker and extremely uncomfortable. The shower curtain rod was about 6" to far into the shower so the curtain stuck to you while you tried to shower. And a side note, the elevators were extremely small and slow.
