The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful cluster of Victorian buildings with lovely common spaces and a delicious breakfast and tea each day. A short walk to the beach, and the B&B lets you use their beach chairs and bicycles.

We were in the Prince Albert Hall, not the main house Queen Victoria. Bed is clean and comfortable, bathroom is clean and neat. Carpets are old and have some smell. Furniture is worn-out in many parts. Breakfast is Ok. It’s included in room price so not to expect restaurant quality. Location is perfect, the main house is beautiful. Overall I would rate it 3.5 out of 5.

Queen Victoria was amazing. The whole building and the rooms are quaint and take you back in time. The breakfast is delicious, the staff is beyond helpful, and the extras are great (like giving beach chairs & towels). the only downside was the parking. It is VERY hard to find free parking. That was the only con, but otherwise we had the best trip and loved it there.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff could not be friendlier. Breakfast and tea time were delicious, plentiful, and lovely. Some more milk and creamer options would have been nice. The location (beach in one direction and village in the other) was perfect. There were plenty of bicycles and beach chairs included. Just some things in the room need to be updated. There was not enough space to put stuff, and our small room and bathroom felt even more cramped. However, I would definitely recommend this inn to couples staying in Cape May.

The property was in a great location. Close to the beach, restaurant's and other activities. Was pleasantly surprised by the amenities, including beach, chairs, beach towels, access to bikes, water, soda, and coffee provided very close by the room. The staff was extremely professional, polite, and helpful with all questions and requests. We hadn’t realized the building we were assigned was not part of the original property, so a little bit inconvenient as there was not a location that allowed easy loading and unloading of our baggage. Additionally, come out we needed to walk down a couple buildings for the breakfast that was provided. The only reason I did not provide a five star rating, was the breakfast selection. The website specified for anyone watching carbohydrates in their diet, hard-boiled eggs were provided. I think there needed to be a recognition that dietary preferences have evolved and changed and more options should be made available to accommodate.
