"This is my second stay in Palolem Beach Resort. Last time we were in the big deluxe garden bungalow but it was far from beach. This time we actually booked Cuba Premium Bungalows but due to pandemic setback and Coastal Regulations that was closed. Hotels. Com did a quick full refund of our payment and also suggested amicably that now Palolem Beach Resort has been taken over by the same proprietary and managerial group, so we went there and made a booking. "It was dirty, no staff, manager away don't have a phone with signals, it is a scam, your marketing officer didn't even visited the place before finalizing, whole property is in delapidated condition not have renovated for centuries, leakage in rooms, washrooms. Not fit for stay for Expedia tourist, who boast of for good tourist and their care"
