"We ended up staying here for a total of almost 2 weeks. We would stay here and then check out to go do treks in the jungle, but then always return to this hotel. The property is beautiful, kept in perfect condition. Everything is very clean, there is always hot water. They have a free baggage storage service, that's nice. "Magical and beautiful place to spend a weekend. Super relaxing. Plenty of activities to do. Restaurant has great food. Our stay was a little expensive, but worth it. Only thing I didn't enjoy was the unpaved road to get to the Hacienda was full of holes and was very slick and dangerous. "

"A rustic resort, this property has several amenities and programs. While most of the amenities were open air (but under cover), it wasn't as "buggy" as we were expecting. Our room was very clean and screened in (bugs were not a factor). The wall fan in our room kept us cool. Judy was very helpful and friendly. The food was good.
