“Ready to walk little bit. Hotel send bell boy to help you , if you are with luggage. View is great 👍”

“It's a decent property. Staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Food is good. Room and toilet very clean. They have a cafe where they keep extremely delicious cream rolls. It's definitely not worth 4 stars accreditation. Wifi hardly worked. TV was so small that I wondered why that was even kept. My booking voucher said they bed size was such that 3 people can sleep. In reality it was barely good enough for 2 people to squeeze in. Location wise it's a hassle to go to MG market. Atleast I...

“The staff were great. The location was perfect and close to main Darjeeling mall. The floors in the room and multiple junctions in the lobby area are uneven which may cause discomfort and extra attention especially for elderly people.”

“Do not book room in this hotel, During peak season they will denied your booking. I was with family in late evening they denied the booking. Also do not book hotel through expedia”

“Food is excellent, and staff are very very good”

“The property is located right on the main street with easy access to public transport, mainly taxis. The valley looking room had excellent views. It was off-season; therefore, we would be the only couple sitting in the restaurant mostly. We had an early morning start on check out, and they gave us packed breakfast. The gym is small and not much in terms of...

“Clean room , staffs are good, by my side the hotel is best at budget friendly”

“친절한 직원들의 응대와 쾌적한 방이 좋았습니다. 호텔 내에 식당이 있어 식사 때 편리했고, 다르질링역 옆에 위치한 것도 좋았습니다. 숙소 옆에 마트가 있는 점도 좋았어요.”

“It is a heritage hotel in keeping with bygone times. Super close to the mall. Lovely dining room for dinner with fireplace and candlelit. Food was terrific with alot of choices. Buffet bfast but you can request eggs how u like. Some renovation works currently but all staff and workmen encountered always super polite and helpful beyond . If I were to go back to darjeeling I would definitely stay here. ...the drive from bagdogra to darjeeling is an experience in itself.”

“Sinclair's is an older, well-maintained, and attractive property, with beautiful views of Kanchenjunga. The street leading up to it is steep, and then are stairs leading up to the hotel and more to the rooms (no lift), so you need to be all right with that. (We're over 70 and had no problem.) The staff is lovely and go out of their way to help you. I'd single out Bragya--I hope I have her name right--for exceptional service, helping us find a taxi to Bagdogra at a heavily touristed festival...
