"This hotel is a little off the beaten path but if you have a rental car it is just a short drive from unkai terrace. Another great advantage is being close to the bear reserve at the top of the mountain which I highly recommend if you have the time. Comfortable rooms with AC, ping pong tables near the laundry so you can play while you wait. Very happy with this hotel."

"Food was great and views were amazing. But we encountered issues with the beds during our initial check-in. The beds were very old, lacked support, and had a musky smell - resulting in poor sleep. We were told that Hoshino Resorts had only recently taken over the property and that it is due for an overhaul and refurbishment soon. We hope the resort replaces the beds eventually. "この度はお世話になりました 森山直太朗さんのライブを見に札幌から来ました。 こちらのホテルで数点気になったのは 隣との壁が薄い！ 声？テレビ？ 筒抜けで朝方まで隣の騒音が聞こえました ただ単に隣がお子さんがいる家族だったみたいでお子さんが騒いでただけかもしれませんが かなり うるさかったです。 あと 部屋のスリッパが昔風の便所スリッパみたいでちょっと安っぽく感じました。 最後にベッドの枕元にコンセントがないのは不自由ですね この3点以外は お風呂も最高でしたし 館内は清潔感あって自然に囲まれてて素晴らしいと思いました"
