"In addition to its good location, this hotel’s professional and helpful staff and Chinese-style rich breakfast options were major attractions to me and my family. Now it has lost both of the later 2 attractions to me. It is obvious that this property has changed its ownership. Very sad to lose it as a quality option for me."

"The hotel location isn’t correct. It shows 16 mins walk to people s square but actually the address 1905 is 2 plus hours walking. Don’t answer the phone and staff wasn’t speaking writing English. I didn’t stay here so can’t comment on anything else."

"Stayed for 8 nights. Very Very Very foreigner friendly. Front desk staff all speak English and were insanely helpful with not just regular hotel duties but went above and beyond helping us with our Taobao issues and Shanghai difficulties. (11/10) Would absolutely book again!"
