"Loved the peace and quiet. This was our 2nd time here. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely visit again.
A couple of suggestions would be that the resort advertises 3 restaurants. These are more like 3 venues with the same menu.
It would make sense and provide more choice if there was variety of food options between the 3 restaurants.
The other suggestion would be to provide perhaps a twice daily shuttle to Ribander....

"Nothing was good about this hotel. Shabby rooms, dirty stained linens, mosquitoes in the room, flies in bathroom and toilet seat with deep stains. Yuck this place was"

"The only reason I stayed as the advertised close to airport and could book a transfer to get you there- taxi was 30 mins late and I had hectic time to catch my flight
Room service wouldn’t answer the phone, I ended up walking to restaurant which was empty and 3 guys doing nothing- I ordered and they delivered it to room
I’m not saying anything good as they let me down for the reason I booked to stay there"
