"The hotel location is absolutely prime. One of the best views I’ve seen throughout the holiday to wake up to. I found that staff were not accommodating at all. They also charged us for a taxi to Tonsai, but when the taxi arrived they also used the taxi to transport gas cylinders and run a hotel errand (I thought this was cheeky since we paid for the private taxi). All in all, the views and the beach more made up for the staff!"

"Everything was great but the bartender was very off putting, he literally shock his head at me when I ordered a diet coke. Everyone else was amazing and I tried to see if it was just me but my friend got the same treatment. So I tried again the next day and again he acted as though I was bothering him to do his job. I try to be super polite and empathetic to wait staff as someone who has worked in that line of work I know it can be stressful. Anyway I love everything and everyone else at this property but that experience really bummed me out and sort tarnished the whole thing."

"Stay was overall amazing, great location and beautiful private beach and great view from room. Only issue is no access to any store apart from the hotels minimart. Apart from that the food was great but a bit expensive."

"Fabulous place! Just gorgeous! Food is great! Private beach, Long Beach and snorkeling just a few minutes walk away. Rooms are amazing. The only thing noteworthy was depending on your room location you will hear the long tail boats driving by. But that certainly didn’t ruin it for us! Awesome place!"

"The air conditioning was not working and the hotel didn’t have another room so we have lo leave and we are waiting to Expedia for refund, then the bathroom was really dirty!!!!! The bed was not good at all…. We couldn’t stay not even 1 night and had to book another hotel….. the staff didn’t care we left…. "

"We stayed 5 nights and it was AMAZING!!! I will say it is a little rustic, but it only adds to the charm, this is not a 500 dollar a night Resort. I will say I was apprehensive about what to expect, as I read some bad reviews about the staff. They were very sweet and accommodating. If you take the the time to smile and engage, and for Pete's sake tip!!! We all like to be appreciated for our work. The beds were comfortable and the AC was great! The grounds were swept everyday and the beach and views are absolutely stunning!!!! It is also an excellent value for what it offers. The massages on the beach were amazing as well. You have to pay 100 baht (3$) one way to get to the main part of the island. But well worth being on Long Beach. Beach chairs are complimentary to guests as is breakfast which only adds to the value. They have decent mini store with most of what you need as well. I will be dreaming of this place for quite sometime!!!"

"Perfect on the beach. Good food happy hour bar. Great pool. We stayed in the cheaper rooms up towards the main road still good but basic. We changed rooms as ours was not available but the upgraded room was not as nice no balcony no wardrobe. The cheapest was the better one. But the ones by the beach looked amazing. Koh lanta was my favourite place. And we really loved our time here. 7/11 opposite hotel and an fantastic pizza restaurant too "
