From the house though, if we wanted shops and restaurants, we could just walk to the main street. The heating was cosy, and the log fire created a lovely evening atmosphere. The lighting was beautiful. The crockery and appliances were great. The claw-footed bath was a treat.”

Lots of room big table for gatherings comfy sofas everything you need to have a relaxing weekend. Also close to the main steeet however we enjoyed the house so much we didn't venture out that often!”

“Nice place to stay overall. Nice warm gas heating and well equiped kitchen. Still no shower curtain in the bottom bathroom so we all used the shower upstairs to save a mess. Bit hard to find at night. A sign at the gate would be helpful.”
