Al mio arrivo il proprietario ha detto che non ne sapeva nulla e non aveva ricevuto nessuna somma. Per ridsolvere il problema ci abbiamo impiegato 1 ora e poichè non sapevo dove andare sono stato costretto a pagare il supplemento di pulizia € 50,00 che non era segnalato da nessuna parte. Non so a chi...

"The pictures of this property on Expedia are in no way representative of the actual property. Had I seen actual pictures before booking I never would have booked here. The bed is horrible, not like the pictures at all, not enough pillows. No amenities, no coffee unless you go to the front and pay for it from a vending machine. The room was old and mouldy small shower with ceiling peeling overtop. A depressing room overall. I would not stay again, location was very good, staff were helpful, no lift but they did help with my bags up the stairs and offered an umbrella in the evening. "
