“This was by far one of the worst experiences. When we checked in they put us in apartment 14 which was an absolute dump! It looked like an apartment on Gun Hill Rd in the Bronx. On the 2nd morning we woke up and the bathroom and bedroom were flooded due to an old rusted pipe in the bathroom. “The room was neat clean, bathroom clean spacious, AC works well. My only problem was the TV,but the workers were very helpful,a big thanks to the young lady that came to assist with my room service she was very patient in regards to help with the TV and also the young man who also assist.and the staff are very caring.i wasn't feeling well in the night and I have to leave in the night ,when I go back to check out the receptionist was very polite and show concern.so again I just want to say thank...

“Property is beautiful, clean and well air conditioned, comfortable. I consider it my safe space when I travel alone. Complementary breakfast always delicious. Dinner and lunch made to order bar on property. Staff always pleasant and helpful. Just love this place. Taxi driver Kamal available on request was very pleasant and charged a fair price. Oh and the pool… one of the best highlights.”
