"I loved the onsite Onsen and style of traditional Japanese hotel rooms. The staff was very nice and helpful! Amenities were great! Beautiful hotel room view! The only downside is that the hotel is located on the outskirts of Nagano, so plan ahead as it’s not easy to reach via walking. Shuttle buses are readily available however to help get around."

"スタートして間もないみたいでしたが15時過ぎのチェックインでまだお部屋はセットされておらず、エレベーターが開いたらシーツの山。フロアに置かれてる浴衣には帯が付いていない。 かなりオペレーションには難があります。利用客の民度もなかなか低く、え？って思うことを平然としてるお客さんが多いです"
